Steve Mono sandals, made from sustainable vegetable tanned leather sourced from a small group of tanneries in Tuscany.
In this traditional process they use tannins from tree barks – typically chestnut, mimosa and quebracho – which give the leather a beautiful look, smell and natural finish.
Vegetable tanned leather adapts and ages beautifully over time, it starts to take on a patina that is unique to each piece and darkens when exposed to UV light just like the human skin does.
Recycled rubber sole. Pin marks in the inner sole are characteristic of the traditional shoemaking process.

Small pin markings on the inner sole are characteristics of the traditional handmade work. Fits quite true to size, but if you are between two sizes, please choose the larger one.
To keep this leather looking its best, we recommend to:
Use a soft cloth to apply a light and even layer of uncolored leather cream and then brush it. This will remove any possible marks and small scratches from the surface.
Keep it away from sunlight and direct heat for prolonged periods of time as it causes leather to crack and dry out.
Do not allow it to get wet and do not expose it to humidity.
