Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from that day where you receive the order.
We offer a simple return or exchange process via our online return portal:

DENMARK

  • Register your return online and get your QR code for the return label here
  • Re-use the original packaging if possible - and note that all return items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags/labels as they were received. In other words: You can try the products as if you were in our physical store. Footwear can only be tried on carpeted areas.
  • Include the packing slip that came with your purchase
  • Remove any old labels on the package and hand in the package in a GLS parcel shop and show the QR code
  • The return shipping costs are 49 DKK which will be deducted from your refund
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s) you should receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase.
  • For your own sake, you should keep a receipt as proof of sending your return until you have received your refund. We do not accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • If you have requested an exchange we will process this when we receive your return.
  • In the event that the product you wanted for the exchange is not in stock, your return will be processed as a regular return and you will receive a refund.

E.U.

  • Register your return online here

  • Download a UPS return shipping label and put it on the package
  • Visit your nearest UPS store and hand in the package
  • The return shipping costs are 145 DKK (app. 20 EUR) which will be deducted from your refund
  • If you have requested an exchange or refund to a giftcard the return is free of charge
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s) you should receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase.
  • For your own sake, you should keep a receipt as proof of sending your return until you have received your refund. We do not accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • If you have requested an exchange or refund to a giftcard we will process this when we receive your return.
  • In the event that the product you wanted for the exchange is not in stock, your return will be processed as a regular return and you will receive a refund.

GOODS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWEL
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications, made to order items or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items where the seal is broken.
  • Beauty products (including perfume oils, creams etc), jewelry, tights and socks

PICK UP IN STORE
On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up your order in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online, and then collect the item physically in our store. This is free of charge.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must notify us in a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/error.
