Injiri

Injiri, which translate to "real India", was founded in 2009 by Chinar Farooqui, an artist and  textile designer. She combines her love of textiles with her desire to preserve India's craft traditions to bring stories to life through her label.

Injiri as a brand is more about story-telling, the end point is reflective of the journey of many processes. The brand focus is on textile development and sustainable usage of materials. Injiri is the embodiment of beauty found in the country's textile design heritage.
