Shipping policy
tété ships orders 3-4 times every week.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN DENMARK
In Denmark, the shipping price is from DKK 49. Goods will be delivered to a parcel shop.
Purchase over 600 DKK is shipped free of charge within Denmark.
Your goods are sent with GLS, Post Nord or UPS or similar. NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact their customer service.
Goods are delivered on business days. In Denmark your item(s) will typically be delivered 2-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation.
You can also pick up your order in our store, this is free of charge. Your order will typically be available the following business day after 14:00. If, for some reason, your order is not ready, we will notify you. If you chose to pick up your order in our store, the order must be picked up within 14 calendar days.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE DENMARK
We ship to all countries in the E.U for a flat rate of 100 DKK (approx. 14 EUR). To the rest of the world: e.g. Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea flat rates between 300 DKK (40 EUR) to DKK 1050 (140 EUR), applies, depending on location. Please contact us for more information.
If your shipping address is in a country not listed here, send us an email to hello@tetecph.com and we will see what we can do.
You are responsible for all expenses such as VAT, taxes, customs etc. associated with the shipment of your order. You should also keep in mind that your order may be held up in customs and therefore be delayed.
The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or other fees is the customer's responsibility.
