Chisaki Noriko (苣木紀子) is a Japanese hat designer and the founder of the brand chisaki. She taught herself hat-making after being shown how to make a beret by chance, and worked for 12 years as a hat designer at a company before launching the chisaki brand in 2016, with an emphasis on Japanese-made products, out of respect for the skill and care of Japanese craftspeople.
