Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
At the webshop, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT/taxes if you are located in E.U.. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
tété accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, American Express and PayPal. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. (Danish kroner) and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
tété aims to ship orders received before 12:00 the same day. After this time orders are sent the next working day.
In Denmark, the shipping price is from DKK 49. Goods will be delivered to a parcel shop.
Purchase over 999 DKK is shipped free of charge within Denmark.
Your goods are sent with GLS, Post Nord or UPS or similar. NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact their customer service.
Goods are delivered on business days. In Denmark your item(s) will typically be delivered 2-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation.
You can also pick up your order in our store, this is free of charge. Your order will typically be available the following business day after 14:00. If, for some reason, your order is not ready, we will notify you.
Delivery outside Denmark
We ship to all countries in the E.U. We also ship to the following countries outside the E.U.: Norway, Switzerland, Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
If your shipping address is in a country not listed here, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
You are responsible for all expenses such as VAT, taxes, customs etc. accociated with the shipment of your order. You should also keep in mind that your order may be held up in customs and therefore be delayed.
The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or other fees is the customer's responsibility.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day where you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return your purchase no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notice must be given by email to email@example.com. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the attached return slip and send the

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that have been manufactured to the consumer´s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Books or magazines
- Beauty products, tights or socks
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return.
When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation together with the Return Slip.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. We do not accept liability for returned good lost or damaged in transit, which is why we strongly recommend that you use an insured shipping service with tracking to return your order.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you can only try on the purchase/inspect the purchase in case of e.g. tableware, but not actually use it.
Shoes (including sandals and boots) can only be tried on on carpeted areas.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days of receipt by us of the returned product(s).
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Pick up in store
On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up your order in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online, and then collect the item physically in our store. This is free of charge.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must notify us in a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/error.

Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to Shopify payment, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We have our website at One.com and payment system through Shopify Payment, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in One.com´s data centers. We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These
external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee
that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
